Who We Are

Regulatory depth.
Global reach.

ICS is a multidisciplinary compliance consulting firm founded in 2018. Our team brings together professionals drawn directly from BIS, NPCIL, AERB, CDSCO, DGFT, and AIIMS — not generalist consultants, but practitioners who have operated inside the systems they now navigate for clients.

We provide a holistic, lacuna-free approach to compliance — anticipating regulatory shifts, resolving standard ambiguities, and managing the full certification lifecycle from initial audit through ongoing licence maintenance.

Uniquely, ICS has not merely interpreted existing standards — we have actively influenced IS standard amendments in electrical and footwear sectors through direct consultation with BIS's CMD department. We are the only consultant in India to have secured a BIS licence for GRP Water Tanks under IS 14399.

India's First BIS Licence for GRP Water Tanks — Secured Exclusively by ICS
Sung-il Advanced Material Group required BIS certification for GRP water tanks under IS 14399 Parts 1 & 2 — among BIS's most technically complex certifications where only global licences are issued. No other consultant had achieved this. ICS engineered the full compliance architecture and secured the licence.

UAE / Abu Dhabi → India · IS 696, 1554, 7098
12 Simultaneous BIS Licences for DUCAB — UAE's Largest Cable Manufacturer
DUCAB (Abu Dhabi / Jebel Ali) required simultaneous BIS certification across 12 licence categories covering electrical cables and copper rod. ICS coordinated multi-product technical documentation, parallel factory inspections, and lab testing across all categories in a single coordinated programme.
12Licences granted concurrently — full India market access in a single managed programme.

IS Standard Amendments Achieved Through Direct BIS CMD Liaison
For multiple clients, existing IS standard clauses created compliance deadlocks — products compliant in home markets were incompatible with IS requirements. ICS engaged directly with BIS's CMD department, proposed evidence-based amendments, and succeeded in modifying standard clauses to enable certification.
ISStandards amended through ICS advocacy — enabling certifications previously deemed impossible by other consultants.
